Запускается сервер, но Не удается отобразить эту страницу

Здравствуйте! подскажите пожалуйста!

ноутбук Samsung NP530U3C-A0ERU Windows 8x64

установил C:\_majordomo
Выдает по адресу http://127.0.0.1/ Не удается отобразить эту страницу

Что может быть? Как исправить?

Здравствуйте. Скажите вы решили проблему? Хочу у вас спросить как прога USB devices должна быть настроена чтоб увидела ардуино ?

Обновил до Windows 10, Всё заработало!!!
С восьмеркой так и не заработала....

С ардуиной пока не знаю, только заказал....жду посылку)
